Changes to our mode of operation

Dear valued clients,

During this exceptional period, we would like to inform you that the Centre Vétérinaire Laval remains open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week for emergencies.

For the safety of our clients and employees, preventive measures have been put in place to reduce the risk of infection from the Coronavirus (Covid-19). We ask for your collaboration and patience with the new temporary protocols and procedures put in place during this special time. In order to be able to respect social distancing, access to the Center is limited to one person per family, per animal. We also ask you to respect a distance of 1 meter with our staff at all times. In addition, wearing a mask is mandatory.

You have symptoms Covid-19
If you have symptoms such as : fever, coughing, difficulty breathing. If you have tested positive for COVID-19, it is important to mandate a third party such as a friend or family member to consult with your pet on your behalf.

Prescription renewal
For a prescription renewal, we kindly ask you to call 48h prior to your visit to insure the medication is prepared in advance. 

Animal food
Our Animania boutique is open on the regular schedule.

Wearing a mask is highly mandatory. It is not necessary to reserve the products but you can check their availability at 450-455-8945.
